Vultures In Waiting

A friend emailed the above picture to me and it reminded me of another story that I read earlier today called: Self-Admitted Pedophile Arrested, Then Released This story is posted on the following blogsite: http://www.writenow.wordpress.com/ If you get a chance, please stop by and read the story and comments.

Oh my, Jolene. I have seen this picture before, but it touched me tonight as again I viewed it. I feel so helpless and sad.

God must help us do our part to minister to the children around us, and to speak out against evil that threatens them.

God help us all.

Thank you for this graphic reminder.

Sis Buxton, you are right. It was like a wake up call from God. I read your story and then shortly thereafter I received this picture, and they both went with what my pastor had to say about protecting our children. Three topics one right after the other about the evil that lurks in the shadows. Yes it is time to make a stand against the evil that longs to lay it's filthy hands on our children.

2 Cor. 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;)

Sis. Allard, I know what you mean. I have been sick as well ever since I read it. I pray everyday for Caleb when he is at school. It is such a shame that we can't even trust those who are suppose to be giving our children an education. You never know who is lurking on the school grounds now days. Help us God for we can not do this alone.

Sis Mendoza, I will be one to say that this is an awful to think that our children are not safe, and we are supposed to trust them, I live in arizona and work for the court system, and the many cases that i have to deal with regarding Child abuse, sexual abuse and all that pertains, I dont believe that there is anything such as "attempted child molestation" i believe that the ones that are abusing our children should not even be given a choice to appeal their judgment given by their "judge" in the system, this makes me sick, and to think i don't even have children, of my own yet, but the thoughts of someone hurting my nieces and nephews. You may not know me by name but I go to Delano Church and Sit with Sister Wilson or Barbara Pyle, May the Lord bless you today and always, ♥ Cheri Bagato

Cheri, Thanks for dropping by. I agree, they should have no voice to appeal. Were the abused children given a choice to appeal what was happening to them?

We will just have to continue fighting this in prayer in the name of Jesus.
